Made in Texas

Bake-At-Home
Chicago Deep Dish

Straight from your freezer to the oven, each par-baked TNJ450° is loaded with over half a pound of Provolone, Swiss, Mild White Cheddar, and aged Parmigiano Reggiano. Topped with our slow-simmered sauce made from whole tomatoes, the deep dough and sauce-on-top create a perfect pocket for generous toppings and a long bake. This combination produces true Chicago deep dish flavor with the crust developing a light crispness with a firm and tender edge.

PREPARATION

1. Preheat – Do Not Thaw. Place a baking sheet on the center rack of your oven and preheat to 450°F. If using a pizza stone, keep in mind that it retains more heat than a baking sheet and will cook the pizza faster / hotter and you may need to adjust.

2. Prep – Once your oven is fully preheated, remove the pizza from the freezer and take off the plastic wrap. Keep the pizza in its aluminum tin, with the edges folded up to cradle the crust, and simply place the tin directly onto your preheated baking sheet (or pizza stone).

3. Bake – Bake for 60 minutes. Rotating the pizza 180° halfway through the bake for even cooking is always a good idea, but not a must for many ovens.

4. Rest – Remove the pizza from the oven and let it rest at room temperature for 10–15 minutes. Carefully remove from the tin, slice, serve, and enjoy.

Whether you prefer your crust on the softer side, extra crispy, or somewhere in between, you can adjust the temperature, rack position, and bake time to get it exactly where you want it. Beyond the conventional oven, other appliances such as pizza ovens, air fryers, toaster ovens, and even smokers can achieve excellent results, each bringing its own character to the bake. Keep in mind, the closer the pie is to the heating coils, the more you will need to adjust. If you have any leftover, your TNJ450° is delicious cold and also reheats fantastically at 350° until your desired temperature.

OUR MISSION

We’re here to deliver slow-cooked, bake-at-home quality food that awakens the senses and invites you to slow down, whether you’re cooking for yourself, your family, or your friends. From freezer to oven, our meals eliminate the usual logistics of planning, prep, and cleanup. Throw in a few toothpicks and you’ve got yourself some good ol’ Texas style hors d’oeuvres with pinkies up.

We’re equally committed to exceptional value. Our pizzas are generously weighted and thoughtfully built with abundance in every layer. Our bake-at-home foods are tax-free, and everything else you might enjoy, like cold beer, is priced at grocery store levels, with no suggested minimum tip.

Value, not theatre. Restaurant quality food, and perhaps even better, created to be enjoyed in the comfort of your home.
